Compact Living, Southwark, London
This compact studio apartment has been designed by Milieu Architects creating flexible spaces and storage area that maximises potential of existing walls. We added made to measure designer kitchen and a storage system for an effective use of space. New natural wooden flooring added to the elegance and contemporary feel. Being a rental investment the project was completed on a very tight schedule.

Courtfield Gardens, Chelsea, London 
The flat in Victorian apartment building has been remodelled to create an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom / wet room. The flat was completely refurbished in three months including new kitchen and living room, 2 new bathrooms and a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe. Emphasis was placed to bring natural light through a large glazed roof access. We have converted the roof to a roof terrace offering breath-taking views across the public square.

Aldernay Street, Pimlico, London
The project involved a complete rescue of this lower ground floor flat within a fine Victorian terraced house in Pimlico conservation area. New fully glazed extension has been build to accommodate kitchen and to bring natural light right to the centre of the layout. Another major addition was to connect two under-pavement coal vaults with the house and convert them into a gym and a bathroom. High condensation values were mitigated using Sika 4 Tanking and an effective built-in dehumidifiers.
