New bespoke kitchen, under-floor heating and floor tiling has been completed two weeks ahead of schedule.

Side and rear extension has created an extra space for a new kitchen and a dining area. We used every measure to bring light into an opened-up space including rooflights and concertina doors.
Lingfield Road, Greenwich
Rear extension has been added to accommodate large kitchen / dining connected with series of large sliding doors to an outside decking. It was designed to be integral with the landscape allowing views out over the buoyant garden and pool.The rest of the house has been completely refurbished including 2 new contemporary bathrooms.
Manor Grove, Richmond
Although it had been neglected for years, this house had a character. The footprint of the house has been significantly increased by a loft conversion with full width rear dormer and a modern rear dining and utility room extension. Once we had re-wired, re-plumbed and restored the room layouts we repaired the original period fittings.
